Free* UPS Ground Shipping

Giftshop1234.com provides free UPS Ground shipping to the 48 Contiguous States in the U.S. We do charge a $5.95 handling fee per total order. Therefore, regardless of when you have made a purchase for one item or ten, there is only one $5.95 fee. If for some reason your order has multiple items that get shipped in several packages (to the same address), you are still only charged $5.95 per your entire order.

We also provide Free USPS shipping (same policy as above) for APO, FPO, PO Boxes. However, we ask that you note that all orders shipping with USPS may take up to 5 days to process.

Sales Tax: We collect no sales tax for any orders shipping outside of NY. A charge of 8.625% sales tax is required for orders shipped within New York State.

Express Shipping

We also provide express shipping methods such as UPS 3 Day Select, UPS 2 Day Air, and UPS Next Day Air. The shipping cost for express orders are based on your order's total shipping weight and will be calculated at the checkout. Click here to view approximate costs for express shipping. Please contact by phone for urgent holiday orders to ensure that the item is in stock and can be shipped immediately.

International Shipping

(The orders outside of U.S. are shipped with USPS Air Parcel (10 - 16 business days) or UPS Worldwide Express (3-4 business days). Although the UPS Worldwide Express ensures a faster delivery and better tracking, the costs are very high, so we recommend USPS Air Parcel Post.  Click here to view approximate costs for international shipping.

Customs and Taxes: International shipments often include additional charges such as import fees, taxes or brokerage fees assessed by customs or UPS. These are billed at the time the package is delivered, and not by us. It is the responsibility of the customer to pay any secondary fees associated with importing goods from United States to their country. We can not guess or advise as to the exact amounts of any additional fees that will be charged by your local government, customs or UPS brokerage. Import fees, customs fees and UPS brokerage fees vary from country to country. In addition, they vary based on the type of merchandise being imported. They also vary depending on the merchandise being imported. For information on customs, import, and UPS brokerage fees, please contact your local customs service or UPS in your area.

Stock Availability

While we do our best to ensure that all of our items are kept in stock and on hand at all times, when circumstances move beyond our control, a customer may be caught inbetween the time when the last item we had on hand was purchased and the time when we receive our next shipment from the company. This is an unavoidable risk with a stock of well over 15,000 items.

In the event that an item you purchased is not on hand, you will be notified immediately with the status of your purchase. We will let you know whether an item is on back-order, special order or retired so that you may advise us of the action you would like to take.

If your purchase is back-ordered or is special/import item, you will be given an approximate expected shipment date. Please be aware that Giftshop1234 can not be held responsible for any shipments that arrive later than expected. We endeavor to make sure that such occurrences do not happen more than necessary and we will assist you in making any changes necessary to your order as the result of an item's immediate unavailability.

Most of our orders are shipped from Brooklyn, New York. All available items are shipped within the next two business days. Any order placed on weekends or holidays will usually ship in the next two following businesses days. Please note that due to the approval procedures of your credit card company, there may be a delay in shipping your order if the billing information provided is inaccurate or inadequate. A different ship-to and bill-to address can also increase your approval time, so please keep that in mind.
