Hassle-free Returns & Exchanges
Got someone the wrong gift? Whatever the reason, merchandise can be returned, as
per the terms above:
A) Mail-in Returns
All items can be returned by mail (with UPS Ground or US Postal Service).
Shipping cost will be refunded only if the product was damaged during delivery
or if the wrong item was shipped. Please contact us via email@example.com so
that a representative can send you a copy of our Returns Form.
B) Scheduled pick-up
Email us at firstname.lastname@example.org or call us at 718-232-1416 to arrange for product pick-up. A delivery
charge will be applied. Prices will vary by location and are based on the number
of trips made to your location. If the wrong product was delivered or the
product arrived damaged, all pick up fees will be waived.
While we regret to cancel any order, we will quickly close out any order you
have made prior to its being shipped via an e-mailed request. Orders cannot be
cancelled via voicemail or over the phone and we ask that you do not consider
your order cancelled or modified until you have received an e-mail from us
confirming that the requested change was made.
If you wish to cancel an order once it has been shipped, you can refuse the
merchandise upon delivery. A refund (minus restocking fees and shipping costs)
will be issued to you once the merchandise is returned to our warehouse. If you
have received already received the merchandise and wish to return the order, you
can simply send it to:
