Our goal is that you be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, simply return your purchase in its original packaging along with your original packing slip, within 30 days of receipt, for a refund or exchange. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.). If you are not satisfied with your purchase after this time period, please let us know. Your satisfaction is important to us. A 15% restocking fee and actual shipping costs apply to all returns or exchanges, except if the return is a result of our error (an incorrect or defective item, etc.), whereby you will receive 100% of your money back guaranteed.

Wrong gift? Whatever the reason, merchandise can be returned:

A) Mail-in Returns

All items can be returned by mail (with UPS Ground or US Postal Service). Shipping cost will be refunded only if the product was damaged during delivery or if the wrong item was shipped.

B) Scheduled pick-up

Call 1-877-203-1926 or 718-232-1416 to arrange for product pick-up. A delivery charge applies. Prices vary by location and are based on the number of trips made to your location. If the wrong product was delivered or the product arrived damaged, all pick up fees will be waived.

C) Cancellations

Your complete shopping satisfaction is our number one priority. Once an order has been processed and shipped from our warehouse, you can refuse the merchandise upon delivery. A refund will be issued to you once the merchandise is returned to our warehouse. If you have received the merchandise and wish to cancel the order, you can simply send it to:
