The bow is different on each piece, so it looks as if loving hands have set their own stamp on every single one. The shape of the Star Fluted Christmas dinnerware is a Royal Copenhagen classic. When the idea for a new Christmas service was born, Royal Copenhagen’s product development department delved into the treasure vault, where the firm’s archives for the last 230 years are kept, and found the Star Fluted shape, which was first produced in 1895. The Star Fluted Christmas dinnerware is made from bone china, which is more translucent than ordinary porcelain and has a warmer, creamy white colour, giving the service a nostalgic, exclusive feel that goes beautifully with the red and green decoration on the service. | |
