|Nambe Coquille Medium Bowl
|Item Number: MT0026
|Description: Coquille is a signature metal collection like no other. As its namesake suggests, this collection is characterized with wave-worn sweeps and unexpected turns, reminiscent of a shell awash on the shore. Introduced as part of the Spring 2008 line, Coquille is the design of Lisa Smith, whose interest in rediscovering the form and function of the things that surround us is in full form. Crafted of Nambé's signature metal alloy, each piece is strong yet lustrous. These bowls may be heated to 500 degrees or chilled in the freezer, expanding their versatility; they are equally suitable for cooking, serving, and display. Wash by hand.
| About the Nambe Company
|Nambé was christened for a tiny village near Santa Fe in Northern New Mexico, where the company was founded in 1951. Since then, Nambé has blossomed into a brand valued by people who love simple and elegant designs, and who love to gift their pieces to others. The most distinguishing characteristic of Nambé is that the company is devoted to both form and function: timeless art you can use every day. In fact, creating each signature metal piece involves the hands of 15 craftsmen who mold, pour, grind, polish, and buff to achieve the highest quality finish possible. Today, Nambé crystal, lighting, porcelain, and signature metal products have been featured in the most prestigious museums and retailers worldwide and will continue to top wedding registry gift-wish lists for years to come.
