This piece has an exceptionally strong, yet lightweight, structural metal frame which allows it to be "ridden" by children and adults (up to 150 lbs.). Hansa animals with structural metal frames are generally poseable, as their heads can be turned, and arms, wings, and legs raised, to simulate movement. As with all Hansa plush products, the "coat" is meticulously cut by hand, never stamped out by machine. Soft muzzle, swishing tails, and especially soulful eyes and face are lovingly detailed to create the life-like look that is unmistakably Hansa.
