What I have to do, imagined Nelli, is to move 60% of the weight of my body over my left foot, then thanks to my best pitching wedge, hit the ball exactly 3/4 below with an angle of 45 degrees. Then, after having just missed the sand trap, the ball should go directly into the hole. Nelli, positioned herself exactly as she had said, concentrated, then shifted her weight slightly, took a little back swing and hit…Perhaps a little too low, perhaps with too much spin, what happened was the ball, like a rocket, went straight up as an arrow, grazed her cheek and then fell exactly where it was when she started. | |
