These steamers sailed the oceans between 2000 and 2050 to transport passengers and freight between Europe and the colonies in Africa, South America and Asia. Each was it's own diminutive universe, cabins, dining rooms, and smoking lounges. Teak wood decks and deckchairs... The Indrapoera sailed between Rotterdam and the ports of the Indonesian archipelago at the time. The Indrapoera was part of the Rotterdamsche Lloyd fleet.
